• Massage Therapist applies alcohol, oils, or other rubbing compounds as requested by their clients.

• Some therapists incorporate heat as part of their massages and ultraviolet rays.

• Follow strict ethical codes.

• Be confident and professional yet sensitive to their clients' concerns

• Ideally, we would like you to be bilingual in English and Chinese but even if you're not, we just need you to be able to say Hi, Thank you, and check the safe entry in two languages. (Which we don't quite need at the moment and hopefully never)

• Oh and smile in as many languages as you can.

• Always be willing to learn because you will learn so much here. We will send you for courses to upskill your knowledge and massage skills to expand the range of treatment you can provide.

• Ok with working on at least one, if not both weekends. We will try to keep your workdays to 5 a week but if you are willing to work 6 days a week, we will definitely will compensate you accordingly.

• You will work at our Harbourfront Centre clinic and we may need you to assist our clinic assistants when you don't have patients to treat.

• We don't hard sell our patients here. So we don't have monthly targets for you to achieve. But if you did treatments on a lot of patients on a particular month, we will definitely give u a bonus for the hard work rather than the sales you bring in.

Job description:

• Provide massage sessions accordingly based on patient needs or as instructed by our Physicians.

• Do some clean up after each patient leaves so every patient get a really clean room to enjoy their treatment

• Open the clinic and prep the clinic for the day like Snow White does with animals singing along. Just kidding but you can make do with our calming clinic music

• Finish closing duties so that you can wrap up and head home to spend time with your family or yourself!

What are we looking for?

• A patient and caring personality to provide quality care for our patients. Every patient loves a caring physician. So kind and caring physicians are most welcomed!

• Has a special interest in fertility, gynaecology or paediatrics

• Has a strong foundation in their field of interests, in TCM and Western knowledge. Ideally, you need to know a patient is having deficiency in anything and know what you can do to boost that

• Able to work with western doctors specialists in their field of interests (You are the master of everything!)

• Possesses at least three years of relevant experience as a TCM physician

• Only Traditional Chinese Medicine Practitioners Board (TCMPB) registered Physicians will be considered

• Able to provide quality TCM consultation and prescription of TCM medicine

• Answer phone calls and whatsapps for enquiries and appointment bookings (patients can book any slot on their own so that is less work for you too!)

• Do some clean up after each patient leaves so every patient get a really clean room to enjoy their treatment

• Assist with medicine prescription and preparation

• Collect various forms of payment

• Order supplies

• Check letter box

• Open the clinic and prep the clinic for the day like Snow White does with animals singing along. Just kidding but you can make do with our calming clinic music

• Be Santa's greatest helper to the assistant clinic manager

• Finish closing duties so that you can wrap up and head home to spend time with your family or yourself!

• Attend any training if needed

• Minimum qualifications of diploma or degree

• Someone willing to learn every rope in this business except physician duties

• Someone who works well with people and have good relationship with visiting patients

• IT and computer skills (Mainly able to use chrome, google docs, google sheets, Canva and Instagram)

• Someone with high standards to manage overall clinic performance and efficiency

• Assist clinic assistant with their duties on busy days and guide them when needed

What are we looking for?

• Anyone without work experience with good attitude and willing to learn

• Students aged 14 and above with acceptable maturity to handle working with adults

• A "can-do" attitude to everything because learning is of utmost importance

• Able to work a fixed schedule for at least three months. We are flexible with timing so we can work out something based on intern's schedule
